Processing Time for orders
All items are print on demand. This means that we only make your item once you have purchased it. We typically need 1-3 days to create your item(s). Peak times, during the months of November- December will affect processing times.
Items will be shipped by the most economical option unless specified by the buyer. Items can be shipped by express or overnight upon the buyer’s request. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Tracking is available when requested.
To keep your drinkware looking its best for years to come, we recommend hand washing and drying thoroughly after each use.
For best results, avoid the dishwasher. These are not microwave safe.Â
These care instructions apply to all travel mugs, shimmer tumblers, 4-in-1 can coolers, Libbey glasses, and wine tumblers.
Because each Turtle Lake Designs item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations or, returns, for custom orders.
